Due to a significant client win, Communique are now seeking a number of roles to join our expanding team and work across a broad range of events within the healthcare sector. Further details are below, so please give us a call if any of these roles sound like you!

Account Director/Operations Director (Maternity cover from August 2018 for 6-9 months)

> Strong operationally-minded individual with 10-15 years’ industry experience, to be day-to-day contact for main client contacts
> A
bility to talk confidently to key stakeholders at all levels within the client’s business
Must be adept at working at a quick pace and on multiple projects
‚ÄčLess focus on actively growing the account, more focus on delivering operationally
Pharmaceutical events and/or congress experience a bonus but not essential

Senior Project Manager (Logistics/Event Operations)

This is a pivotal role in an expanding team.  It is essential that this individual has extensive experience in pharmaceutical events and as a result the gravitas and confidence to lead multiple parties through the lifecycle of a project.  Regularly leading a project team, this person will be comfortable guiding and supporting colleagues to ensure seamless delivery.  This role needs an individual who is always evolving, constantly innovating and has exceptionally high standards of delivery. 

> Strong project manager with 10+ years’ experience of large, complex events
Ability to lead a team, take responsibility and make decisions essential  
Must be adept at working at a quick pace and dealing with ever evolving projects
Ideally with experience of project leading pharmaceutical events and/or congresses

Senior Delegate Manager (Event Registration and Delegate Communications)

The most important attribute that this individual must possess is a passion for 100% accuracy and an obsessive eye for detail.  The ideal applicant will have extensive experience in managing complex delegate logistics for large numbers worldwide, ideally within the healthcare industry.  Experience of using registration tools and systems is essential, as is experience on supporting on multiple projects simultaneously. Any exposure to venue sourcing or producing proposals would be beneficial but is not essential for this role. Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.  

> Strong Delegate Manager with 5+ years’ experience of running delegate comms for large, complex events (400 – 1000 attendees)
> Ability to build registration websites, create bespoke reporting and write/oversee delegate communication plans for the project (save the dates, invitations, registration chasers, joining instructions, departure notices etc)
> Attention to detail and an analytical brain essential  
> Capable of leading a team of other Delegate Managers
> Pharmaceutical events and/or congress experience a bonus but not essential

Delegate Manager (Event Registration and Delegate Communications)

> Delegate Manager with 2+ years’ experience of delegate communications
> Attention to detail and a proactive attitude essential 
> Pharmaceutical events and/or congress experience a bonus but not essential
