Communique delivers effective ROI for its clients!

Communique has triumphed at the Eventia Awards 2010 collecting Gold for “Most Effective ROI”.

The full service, live communications agency, currently celebrating 20 years of business, won the gong for the Toughbook Sales Campaign, developed for Panasonic Computer Products Europe. 

Communique was hired by the electronic giant to deliver a planned, strategic marketing campaign which aimed to increase business potential among customers in UK, Germany, France and Italy. 

The campaign delivered a tease, momentum and interaction strategy. Bespoke outdoor advertising hoardings were sited near customer locations to tease; a direct mail letter and “résumé” were sent as follow-up to gain momentum; culminating with a sales call and visit from the specially commissioned mobile exhibition van. This provided customer interaction with the products and direct access to the sales team. The campaign successfully reached 85% of customers effectively and the target for customer meetings and forecasted sales were more than doubled.

Communique also won Bronze for the Best Integrated Event Communication Campaign for the same entry.
